You have to decide to have a positive outlook. It’s not easy and doesn’t come without effort. It’s a habit that has to be established. Regardless of the amount of failures or things you can complain about, all it takes is one success to make it worth it. Negative thinking is a habit also. It takes much more effort to transition from negative to positive thinking if you have been raised in a household of fear and negativity. It is even more difficult to maintain the habit of positive thinking if those around you are not making the change, especially if it is family. Stay resilient, learn from each experience, and persevere. When that success comes along, it will be great. It may even show others the strength of letting negativity and fear go.
